GabeOJ22, son of former franchise owner of the GC Snipers in season 43-52. Ever since his father went bankrupt and lost his Snipers, it’s been Gabe’s goal to bring pride and respect back to his family’s name. He followed in his father’s footsteps by becoming an owner of his own franchise, Wanahukalogi. Gabe, however, plans on keeping his franchise for the long haul. Building up the arena, hiring an optimal staff and finding young talented players to develop properly are the building blocks for the foundation of this franchise. Capitalizing on their success from Wanas debut season 70, going 19-3 and being crowned champions of Div IV.63.
Season 71 Wanahukalogi finds themselves in an overpowered Div III.5. Winning has been clearly stated as “not our top priority” for this season from owner GabeOJ22. This season is again about development and growth. To add to the list of talented players that helped us become champions last season like Yakup “Yak” Demirdelen, Oliver “Hells Bells” Bellot, Tariq “Iceman” Benhoussa and Svyatoslav “Sandman” Sinyavskiy. We’ve added 2 vets Mikelis “Big Mike” Brivais and Dante “D-Rac” Racuyal. Plus 4 new rookies that we are overly excited about, Julien “J.R.” Re, Ezsaias “E-Mart” Martonyi, Han “Solo” Yok Lee and Jamie “The Kid” Pierard.
The future looks bright but can we again capitalize on what we’ve built? Only time will tell.
