This is my second season managing the Malaysian U21 team. With a championship-caliber staff, we're restructuring the farm system from the bottom.
Our goal isn't a quick stint, but a long-term project! We want to help managers improve their own training programs for them and for the national team progress.
Along with WalterZ
(87547) and other enthusiastic and dedicated individuals, we're working hard to push this team to its fullest potential.
It will take time, but we're determined, and I hope you are too !
