The focus for this period will be the mass, aggressive growth of great trainees, via a systematic approach to training. This will be optimized across positions, and disregarding the "specialist" skills for later. All trainees will have a tremendous "core" fully established by a young age, after which period, the more specific selection will continue. We will attempt to continuously have two batches, separated by 2-4 years, one being the "main" leading batch, and the second being the young guys.
