It's a known bug that rather rarely appears. We'll get to it eventually.

I don't know if it is the same problem but I was coding a bit for advanced stats and found inconsistencies in the assists compared to the pbp. The instance is always the same: a player (sometimes from the bench and without setting foot on the floo) on one side gets an assist in the viewer and pbp but no trace of it in the boxscore, while the opponents have a player with an extra assist in the boxscore when he never got it in the pbp and viewer.

I have 6 games like this in EBBL's s41 (out of 176)
(99792173): S. Triñans has 1 assist while he didn't set foot on the court and you can see in the boxscore the assists tally if you sum all players is 18 and not 19 as per the total at the bottom. Mojak on the other side only had 2 assists in the pbp and has 3 in the boxscore, if you sum the individual numbers you get 23 assists while the total in the boxscore is 22.

(99792182): Same as above except no phantom bench player. Frlin has 7 assists in the boxscore and 6 in the pbp, while Than Dui does not get credited for his lone assist in the boxscore.

All of the matches below also have the same problem with +1 on one side and -1 on the other side

What I would like to know is whether the pbp (and the viewer) is correct or the boxscore. Apart from the glaring problem in matches like (99792173) where an invalid player is involved.

While you check the assist problem to figure out whether the boxscores (and players' stats) are incorrect or the viewer and pbps are, can you also check why the number of turnovers don't tally in some games?

I have already reported a few times in the past (with no reply) that pbps unfortunately do not include the information about who committed the turnover following a steal and this is the only information we really lack in the pbp, so please add it (just like in the assist case). All it takes is adding a line after a STL the same way a line is added after an assist is recorded (event 8099).
