What are you going to dominate? Scrimmages against the African teams cause you'll fail to qualify for the second group? 😂

I have no idea if these are the targets at the start of the u21 or at the end of the u21, I'm hoping they are the targets at the start of the u21, but still, they are soooooooo bad

When is he going to play? He doesn't have remotely enough JS-JR to play an exterior attack and Is 10 is decent but no where near ideal!

He's a decent profile, nothing to say

Not enough defence, both OD and ID are low, not enough IS to play as a SF, and if you want those defences he needs way way more offensive power

He's going to get destroy by the opponents big man, expecially in the rebounding aspect, he would be much more balanced and a better Power Forward if he had - 1 ID and +2 RB

You don't need ID 18 at the start of the u21 season, he'd be better of with IS and ID switched

don't see how we can hope for real good results in the immediate future with such an unbalanced workforce! Winning with 12 interiors..

I'm not sure you know this, but you still have a week to call up and cut u21 players
So if there's 12 big man in the roster it's cause DunkerJoe wants it that way
Whether that's cause he wants to hide how good his exterior player are, or these are the best players, or he just fancies playing with the, only he knows

But yeah.. I'm sure these 16 players won't be the 16 players that will start the u21 season ;)

Ceci dit, c'est bien de dire qu'on mérite mieux, vu le nombre de managers, mais je suis bien placé pour savoir que cela ne suffit pas face à des communautés nationales même plus petites mais bien plus soudées qu'en France.

J'ai lu comm' originale, OK, mais ça ne coute pas cher à écrire.


Concrètement, comment fais-tu pour redynamiser la communauté FR autour des U21 et notamment sur le long terme (sans langue de bois) ?

Question sous-jacente mais indépendante de la première : 1 mandat ou plusieurs envisagés ?

Thanks a lot mate! you obviously have much more experience than me at this level, and i'm glad to know that I can expect way more than this at end of the 3rd season.
To be honest i took 55 TC players and gave them around 50 ups each. Not the best of the best, but very solid training.
I don't think there are so many farms in France that spends millions on world class, trainers, assistants and draftees and i'm sure we can elaborate very good training plans with them.

I agree with your remarks on the SF and PF. Discussion is always good : )

About the C:
I don't forget BB is a game... With an engine. If my guy and your guy were playing against each otcher, it would pretty much be a tie, decided by randomness.

They are worlds apart, the SG is a good player, the PG is bad, if that's all you have, then fine it will do the job, but you should be aiming at a completely different target
Plus... you can't just add 50 pop ahahah
Let's take the SG and PG as an example... assuming that they start with identical skill, the PG will need only 2 weeks to pop from PA 7 to PA 9 meanwhile those 2 extra pops in JS take much longer

You'd might wanna try NTScout, you can gather a bit more info than what you get by looking at the current roster, plus it will help you with scouting, should you win

Content de savoir que tu me donnerai ma chance.

Je ne doute pas une seconde de ça et c'est aussi pourquoi je ne m'emballe pas sur les objectifs à court terme.
Du coup pour répondre tout de suite à ta question, plusieurs mandats. L'idée c'est pas de faire mumuse pendant deux saisons, c'est pas ça BB. Après c'est pas moi qui vote.

Pour redynamiser, ca passe forcement par une story et idéalement de l'activité sur les forums des ligues.
Mais pas de réponse concrète à te donner pour l'instant, j'ai des petites idées faut que j'en discute avec des amis et avec je l'espère d'autres managers déjà actifs dans la communauté FR comme toi, qui voudraient peut etre aider à créer un élan.
