ok, we'll need some help compiling the complete list. I scraped D4 leagues for teams with 19+ wins. There are 35 active Utopia leagues. Feel free to add to this.

really nice job indeed, glad to find my team in 2nd among all 4th divisions, i hope this will be my last trip to the 4ths

would be cool if BuzzerManager did this...this was really painful
I am sure some 18-4 teams will promote too...need to be in the top 96 (I assume most of teams above 18 wins will win league championship anyways)

And my team, sitting at the very top of the list, crapped out in the conference finals. So embarrassing. But at least I can go back up anyway ...

i am actually one in favor of tweaking Utopian promotion:
1) league winners
2) rank by league finalists, by wins and PD
3) best league record and PD

I hope Utopia uses this as a testing ground, while the current Utopian system is used in regular leagues

I really hope this is accurate as my Utopia team just lost the first home leg by 3 points. Although both of the finalist teams are in this list so it seems both will promote regardless.
