21 yo scouting done (potential >= perennial AS) + the main 20/19/18 yo
Is it possible to include images on the forum? I have made some neat graphics!

edit: [img] doesn't work, I'll guess I'll have to use links then

Alright a bit of stats for 21 yo canadian players.

Ever wondered where you trainee stand in its class? Wonder no more! Here is the repartition of all of the 89 21 year old canadian players with at least perennial allstar potential, in terms of TSP, OSP and ISP:

TSP
under 50 - 15 players
between 51 and 55 - 11 players
between 56 and 60 - 9 players
between 61 and 65 - 12 players
between 66 and 70 - 9 players
between 71 and 75 - 14 players
between 76 and 80 - 5 players
between 81 and 85 - 10 players
between 86 and 90 - 3 players
between 91 and 95 - 1 players
over 96 - 0 players

OSP
under 30 - 10 players
between 31 and 35 - 23 players
between 36 and 40 - 13 players
between 41 and 45 - 10 players
between 46 and 50 - 12 players
between 51 and 55 - 3 players
between 56 and 60 - 4 players
between 61 and 65 - 5 players
between 66 and 70 - 0 players
over 71 - 1 player

ISP
under 20 - 26 players
between 21 and 25 - 26 players
between 26 and 30 - 14 players
between 31 and 35 - 8 players
between 36 and 40 - 7 players
between 41 and 45 - 8 players
over 46 - 0 players

These are not the primary criterias for selection in the U21, but players in the top10 in one of these 3 categories have a good chance of making it, so you can have an idea of where you stand, and what kinds of skills levels are required to make it.
20yo, 19yo and 18yo stats will follow once I'm done with scouting (~600 players in total, ~130 left to do)

Alright now the stats for the 20yo (93 players):

TSP
under 50 - 20 players
between 51 and 55 - 16 players
between 56 and 60 - 16 players
between 61 and 65 - 13 players
between 66 and 70 - 18 players
between 71 and 75 - 5 players
between 76 and 80 - 4 players
between 81 and 85 - 0 players
between 86 and 90 - 1 player
between 91 and 95 - 0 players
over 96 - 0 players

OSP
under 30 - 30 players
between 31 and 35 - 16 players
between 36 and 40 - 18 players
between 41 and 45 - 13 players
between 46 and 50 - 10 players
between 51 and 55 - 5 players
between 56 and 60 - 0 players
between 61 and 65 - 1 player
between 66 and 70 - 0 players
over 71 - 0 player

ISP
under 20 - 31 players
between 21 and 25 - 30 players
between 26 and 30 - 21 players
between 31 and 35 - 9 players
between 36 and 40 - 1 player
between 41 and 45 - 1 player
over 46 - 0 players

At this age with a good trainer, you can expect around 8-10 pops during the season, that should give you an idea of where you would end up compared to where the current 21yo are right now

19 yo (155 players):

between 51 and 55 - 36 players
between 56 and 60 - 46 players
between 61 and 65 - 27 players
between 66 and 70 - 6 players
between 71 and 75 - 1 player
between 76 and 80 - 0 players
between 81 and 85 - 0 players
between 86 and 90 - 0 players
between 91 and 95 - 0 players
over 96 - 0 players

OSP
under 30 - 46 players
between 31 and 35 - 45 players
between 36 and 40 - 41 players
between 41 and 45 - 17 players
between 46 and 50 - 6 players
between 51 and 55 - 0 players
between 56 and 60 - 0 players
between 61 and 65 - 0 players
between 66 and 70 - 0 players
over 71 - 0 player

ISP
under 20 - 66 players
between 21 and 25 - 56 players
between 26 and 30 - 33 players
between 31 and 35 - 0 players
between 36 and 40 - 0 players
between 41 and 45 - 0 players
over 46 - 0 players

At this age with a good trainer, you can expect around 10-12 pops during the season. TSP/OSP/ISP start to be of greater importance here on whether you should train a player or not. MVP+ players should be trained for the NT regardless of their current skills. They won't make the U21, but they can make the NT 8-10 seasons down the road. If you don't think he's worth training, put him on the market!

A 19yo with over 60TSP at the beginning of the season has a really good chance of making the U21, train him full time, it will be worth it believe me!

And finally the 18 yo (61 players):

TSP
under 50 - 33 players
between 51 and 55 - 20 players
between 56 and 60 - 7 players
between 61 and 65 - 1 player
between 66 and 70 - 0 players
between 71 and 75 - 0 players
between 76 and 80 - 0 players
between 81 and 85 - 0 players
between 86 and 90 - 0 players
between 91 and 95 - 0 players
over 96 - 0 players

OSP
under 30 - 25 players
between 31 and 35 - 28 players
between 36 and 40 - 8 players
between 41 and 45 - 0 players
between 46 and 50 - 0 players
between 51 and 55 - 0 players
between 56 and 60 - 0 players
between 61 and 65 - 0 players
between 66 and 70 - 0 players
over 71 - 0 player

ISP
under 20 - 36 players
between 21 and 25 - 23 players
between 26 and 30 - 2 players
between 31 and 35 - 0 players
between 36 and 40 - 0 players
between 41 and 45 - 0 players
over 46 - 0 players

At this age with a good trainer, you can expect around 12 pops during the season.
Anyone with a 18yo over 50TSP should train him! Look at his height, if he's tall, train guard skills for the first season, or big skills if he's short. Focus on defense first.

BBmails will follow to the managers of the 30-40 best players per generation

If there's any 18 year old HOF draftees up for grabs with 55 TSP+, I need something to do (hint: train them)

Have the $ to spend.

Is it zidanenko? My list only include perennial allstar+ players, scouting all the allstars added too much work. At 84 tsp I'm definitely interested! But he must be near or at cap

Ps: nice to see one of my draftee getting properly trained!

Then we both have a 19yo with TSP between 71 and 75 ;)

Great job with the lists Fwinns, and break a leg for the season!
