I mean, if people recognize enthusiasm in me, then they will join themselves
If you become a selector and there is no ongoing activity on the forum, then that will be a mandate.
A few friends would help me, they would create a database that they would update after each training .. They would write messages to trainers about the training
They would write announcements and reports, analyze other matches from other groups.
If this generation is bad, it does not matter, the third hat should be kept
But the most important thing is finding more managers who will train domestic players for their national team and so every season.
Only this will bring the result to the future. Of the 190 managers, this is certainly possible.
Without an active forum, an active community and an active selector, this will not be possible
I think that if I devote enough time to everything around the national team ..
I believe that after that people will help the national team when they see my enthusiasm. :)
