सभी को नमस्कार,

मेरा नाम जे-फ्रीक है और मैं हॉलैंड में उच्चतम डिवीजन में डच डच टीम का प्रबंधन करता हूं। मुझे रणनीतिक होना पसंद है और अपने विरोधियों को देखने का समय देता हूं। मुझे डच U21 और साइप्रस U21 के साथ अनुभव है। यदि आप मुझे अपने अगले U21 कोच के रूप में चुनते हैं तो मैं वादा करता हूं कि मैं यथासंभव अधिक से अधिक गेम जीतने की पूरी कोशिश करूंगा।

मैं ख़ुशी से उन सभी प्रबंधकों के साथ संवाद करने का समय निकालूंगा जिनके पास यथासंभव U21 टीम पाने के लिए U21 संभावनाएं हैं!

1) Good to see you write in hindi but all here can understand english while some of us cannot understand hindi because Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal and Sri Lankan teams do play under Indian flag in BB.
2) Have you managed any NT before?
3) How are you thinking to develop U21 other than just trying to win games, In short what are your long term plans?

Hello BBall_king,

1) Thank you for explaining this to me. That makes it easier to communicate. Out of respect I want to present myself in Hindi. English ofcourse is better for me.
2) I managed the Dutch U21 team and the U21 team of Cyprus. With Cyprus I found it difficult because many managers were not easy to motivate in to training their U21 players better.
3) My long term plans are to communicate with all managers with U21 prospects (from 18 years old) to give them the best possible training. I'm a verry passionate trainer myself and I gladly take the time to communicate with the NT coach as well.

I'm open for all questions from all the managers that have U21 prospects and I have a scoutingsystem to get the best players in the U21 team.

Its good to see someone take interest in our u21 side.
Hopefully in four seasons we could be making some noise if all things go well.
Im willing to train some prospects if I can get them at the right price in the market

Good to hear from you. The more active managers the better. I seriously want to do my best for a better future India U21 team. I'm a very active manager and trainer myself. I hope to get your votes so I can get started. Feel free to ask more questions :)

Since we are talking so nicely,
We need more Big men for the NT. If someone is willing to train AND get his hands in a fitting talent, take it, train it and love it. I also would be willing to train one, but there is no talent available at all on the transfer market.
