Hi, everyone
are there any questions you would like me to answer? if yes, i'll happily answer all of them :)

In the meantime I'd like to ask to my rival, TRUF, if he truly believes this, and I quote, "it has one of the best centers in Europe". I believe you're talking about Jędrzej Łosiak who ranks 101st among Centers and Power Fowards in Europe when considering salary.

I agree with your opinion, I overreacted, but there are some points that need to be clarified. For the Scotland u21 team in their current position, even such a place is an achievement. In your Italy u-21 team, it is clear that all the guys are stronger, especially in their specialized skills. Not everything is measured in a player's salary. Losiak has superstar potential, no MVP or higher, so he can reach the ceiling before the end of the season. Therefore, it is more profitable for the Manager to improve other skills, to make him closer to the PF, so that he eats less of the club's budget, and spends the rest of his potential more sparingly. Also, you can sell it for good money and not delete it as a classic post player. In addition, our team is objectively not able to compete for the European championship playoffs, and in the 4th division of Italy, the owner of the player has a very small salary cap.

Yes, you are right, it is an achievement to bring Scotland to 3 Wins in the Consolation Tournament, and the number of players that we can manage here in Italy (2809 new draftees this season according to NTSO) is massive compared to Scontland (15 draftees)
But this doesn't mean that we don't train "low" potential players, take a look at Marta for example (https://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/46982141/overview.aspx), he is potential 8 with excellent interior and exterior skill and last season he was a 60+ Power Forward.
I know how good a player is, is measured by a players salary or TSP but at the same time it's a good indicator to understand a player, that's how you scout the opposition, you look at salary, dmi, stats, where he played to understand how he trained
That is how I understood that Siejka was Poland's defensive center, or Wasserman's skill and so on.

it was easy to bring Scotland to 3 wins in the consolation tournament, given the level of their opponents in these matches.
About Marta, he's a good guy, but he's lucky. He dropped a number near 8.9 potential. It could have been 8.00. And he would not have played in the national team.
Typical fate of post players like Siejka http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/31022834/history.aspx

True, you got a bit lucky with the opponents and you probably could have won 4 games, but none the less it's a good result, since for what i remember Scotland u21 hasn't won 3 games in the CT since s43 (at least)

Yes we got lucky, but I repeat, he was a lot better at the beginning of the season when you're not in the "danger zone" of the player being capped. Another potential 8 player is Quiriti, 50k more then Scotland's C

That's not a defensive C, that's more of a Sadocha kind of player

Hey guys, Scotland has potential. I started play since season 15 (my first team) and I have trained a lot of players who were in U21 national teams so I kinda know what players and strategy Scotland need, I would love to try it out. Peace and good luck guys!

Hi EMZY,
Welcome to the debate :)
Honestly i hope and believe everyone of us (the 3 candidates) have trained a few player that made the u21 for some major nation so for you to say that you kinda know what Scotland needs is a big statement
with this being said, good luck :)
