Yes.
There are 2 parts :
- keeping those 19 users by helping them if they to want to, and having fun together.
- trying to develop the community.
A few ideas that I give to everyone, independently from the result of those elections :
- There are now tons of content available to help new and older players to develop their team and their players.
Finding them, moderating them, renewing them and gathering them is a big task, but necessary
- Giving responsibilities and chances of investment for everyone interested.
An active community can't only be made of content consumers, somehow, in my opinion.
This is why I said in my speech that I was ready to invite everyone to work together, for example in the national team.
But there are many other ways.
Let's start from what people like to do or discover and, after that, let's find more ideas
- Media
Like I said, I manage a media called BuzzerbeaterNews (only in french for now, with monthly podcasts
(http://www.mediassion.info/buzzerbeaternews/).
This is the kind of initiative that community like : creating and giving content around the game in a rolepay, pedogogical way or other perspective.
So, I may easily create on the website a "NZ part" for interviews, resumes, etc...
Or create a dedicated website for NZ.
This may help grow visibility for the community on the internet.
Of course, any content would be announced on those NT forums.
And there are also videos on Youtube, etc.
Maybe we can ask Woodward Games who streams on YouTube a lot about another sport management game to make some videos altogether ?
All of this can't be done alone, of course. It depends on community investment and interests too.
But I think that launching projects in a collaborative way works fine.
