Glad to continue for two more seasons !
A manager, Charly71 (87675), has joined the staff. He will help me to prepare games and to follow young players. So he may contact you if you have national team prospects. He is a very good french manager, and he is an experimented trainer.

This season, NT will play european championship. We won two first games, but on monday Romania will be a very strong oppenant.
Swedish NT is progressing, the team is made up of young players accompanied by a few experienced veterans.
Behind them, some younger players are making progress and will soon be candidates to join roster. Mainly on outside positions, where the future looks promising.
It's more complicated for next generation on inside players. There are far fewer options and I encourage you to train your taller draftees.

The roster to begin season 61 :

Tobias Widerling :
He's already 33 yo, but his rare profile in NT is important.

Anders Strandblom :
He's always efficient when he plays, but youngsters about to come will be better than him.

Ola Gunnarsson :
Trained by BB-Marin, his atypical profile is a useful addition to roster.

Frank Gilltorp :
Only 26 yo and already 35 games played in NT. He's at the start of a long career.

Tommy Fyhrhult :
Despite his young age, he is the NT boss since several seasons now. The best player in roster.

Markus Andersson :
He and Fyhrhult make a duo trained by Fieldstar since draft. Indispensable to NT.

Tobias Bokholt :
Trained by DAntoni, he is Andersson's usual substitute on SF. Important in a position that's lacking in possibilities.

Love Falkquist :
Fastberg's player. He brings his experience, waiting for inside players on next generation.

Petter Börjesson :
A solid inside player, who can also play PF or C effectively.

Håkan Dallius :
Drafted and trained by Jawny, he is the future for NT inside players. He has 27yo and is already a regular starter.

Charlie Håkansson :
Seppukusaint made him an important part of NT, strong center.

Frank Jonasson :
Solid center trained by Karns, he's in NT for a long time to come.

Jack Stjärna :
A different profile from other inside players. Useful even if his manager hasn't completed his training.

Still hoping to bring in Kihlsjö in team but there might be too good other alternatives to succeed with that. Will work on his pressure and passing coming seasons and in case I get close to capping there might be some inside improvements as well.

Is it possible to give a hint about how many skill points that is required for a balanced player in different positions, preferably with some ideas about how much in both inside and outside skills? I would guess that it can be mentioned without hinting how current players looks like

Kihlsjö is making progress, but there are some good players in NT roster
Total skill points is not really important, the main thing is to reach a minimum level on some skills.
