Hello Rufferto, future is not so dark
On outside players, Finn Egghall is already one of our two best guards. He is only 26 yo and will stay on NT for a long time.
Frank Gilltorp, at 27 yo, has already played 49 NT games. With his special skills, he will play many more.
Roger Hartsten, at 24 yo, is perfectly on time to become next point guard. He only lacks some skills to play now, but he is trained on other very useful skills.
These three ones ares in the roster and play as soon as I can
Beside them, there are Erik Åhnström (25 yo), Lasse Lundell (24 yo), Peter Danielsson (23 yo), Mikael Fjälltorp (23 yo), and other ones that are growing and totaly have chances to join NT.
They all have played NT games to earn experience.
On AS players, a beast is coming ! His name is Kristian Forsbratt (23 yo) he has a top level training plan.
Beside him, Peter Rosstål (26 yo) is already on roster and could become a useful substitute.
Sören Häggin (24 yo) is also on the run, and can overtake Rosstål.
On inside players, it's more difficult.
At 28 yo, Håkan Dallius is now a leader of NT and will be for a long time. But beside him there are very few prospects.
I have engaged Kalle Håkansson (22 yo) on my utopia team to make him a top inside player. It's important to bring him to top level
I also have engaged Joakim Bokerberg (25 yo), it's already too late to give him NT level, but there's a generation gap and he could be useful.
If swedish managers can train some inside players, future will be pleasant and promissing.
And NT managers will have time to build a next generation.
I have less time available, but I'm not giving up on the selection
I'm keeping in touch with the managers to prepare for what's to come.
