Malaysia Nt celebrates third consecutive win

As expected, we steam rolled the UAE by 20 points, despite them putting more effort into this game.

Star PG, Zhou Ping You's less than stellar gameshape meant that he ended up warming the bench this game and crowd favourite Farid did not even make the squad for today's game.

A clear message that the I means business about not starting players with poor game shape.

Player of the match for me was Rozmin bin Ibrahim. Shooting 50% from behind the 3 point line and in total field goal percentage, scoring 19 points and dishing out 9 assists. I'm especially happy with his progress and I'm looking to start him more often.

Nagendra was again a dominant force for us inside the paint, grabbing 13 rebounds, 15 points and 4 assists. A another bright spark was youngster Sanun Sailom, who is rapidly progressing and looks like is ready to step out of Yao Da Bao's shadow.

India did us a huge favor by beating Saudi Arabia 132-116. Our chances for progressing to the next round just became even stronger.

Next week we have a break, and I'm looking to have a friendly scrimmage with Japan.

I'd like to take this chance to ask that all managers with NT players take special care with our players gameshapes for the next two weeks. We have a big match with Iran on the 9/5/2011 and I'd like our team to win it.
