Yes we can but it is still too soon. Our focus is to complete the OD training for our SF and from there the training schedule will be more gentle and easy for everyone. Konrad Rachwał will start playing in his position and therefore we will gain a good SF.
_So can we expect to see Klemens Prüller playing as SG more often?
Well, we will see about that. I am not sure if he will complete the season with us since the relocation of Konrad and the training focus change might give us the opportunity to include another young trainee. In that case, Klemens Prüller would be transferred.
_But the team will under perform....
True but we have to look where we want to be and how to get there. Right now, Rachwal is getting where we want him to be and that's gonna be a great addition for the future. Moreover, our SG trainees are improving and they will be able to perform at a level 3 division in less than two seasons. These three players plus an addtional trainee will be the backbone of the team.
_Fans are a little bit disappointed with you for selling Prado...
Prado was a very well rounded SF who could occasionally play as a PF but what people have to understand is that Prado couldn't improve anymore. we needed to low our salary cap, sell players and renew the team. In addition, we got over 900K for him and sooner than later Konrad will be taking over Prado's role in the team. We think is a win win in a long term.
_What about the big men?
What do you mean?
_ I mean they are getting older, you sold Caldeira and didn't sign any real center, plus you lost Prado that was a flex PF and your only move was to buy a 37 old player. Many fans have call this transfer movements ridiculous.
Well let me disagree with them. It all depends on the goals. Our goal is avoid direct demotion, low salary cap, make a good run in the cup, and complete our training plans. Caldeira and Prado were over 40K combine, that we don't have to pay anymore. This means that now we can scout properly. Also it allows us to make some cash... The 37 old replacement is not a good player but we only paid 1K and his salary is only 4K. We just need him to give some rest to our PF. If he gets injured or it is not needed anymore it will be cheap and easy to release him.
