hi all,
the Belgian Nt has selected some promissing players between the age of 20 and 22, with the intension to make them play, showing those trainers that their players might have a shot at a futur spot in the Belgian U21/NT. Theirfor, some regular NT players will temporarily be removed from the NT team. we'll be selecting those players (who were temporarily dismissed from the NT) again once the Belgian U21 coach asks me to release the players under the age of 21, so that they can be selected into the U21 team for next years selection.
In the meanwhile, the Belgian NT will be looking for some scrimmages against U21 teams and against NT teams who are still developping their Nt players, so that the current modified roster doesn't get blown away each game.

Er worden op dit moment veel belovende jongeren in de Nt geselecteerd, om hun managers te tonen dat ze wel degelijk een kans maken om in de Belgische U21/NT te geraken. Hierdoor zullen we tijdelijk een aantal van onze normale NT spelers uit het team moeten ontslaan. Deze spelers zullen terug geselecteerd worden van zodra de U21 coach de spelers voor zijn volgende seizoen komt opeisen (dit zal gebeuren nadat de U21 ploeg uit het toernooi ligt).
In de tussentijd zal de Belgische NT wat oefenmatchen zoeken tegen ietswat zwakkere team en U21 teams, om ervoor te zorgen dat de huidige, aangepaste kern, niet keer op keer tegen spelers met het dubbele van hun salaris moet opboxen.

Beaucoup de jeunes prometteurs sont maintenant choisi dans le NT, afin de montrer à leurs propriétaires qu'il ont une chance d'être sélectionnés en U21/NT Belge. à ce but-là certains de nos joueurs NT ont du être viré pour leur offrir une place. Dès que le U21 coach sélectionnera ces jeunes (une fois que le u21 est hors tournoi), les joueurs NT sélectionnes prendront de nouveau leur place,
Entretemps, la sélection NT jouera et choisira des matchs contre des équipes U21 ou des équipes NT avec le même niveau de noyau comme la notre.
