19 years old
PG / G -> at least 6 k of salary

SF -> at least 7k of salary

PF / C -> at least 8k of salary

20 years old

at least 10 k of salary

21 years old

at least 15 k of salary

Any potential is welcome over those salaries.Moreover if your player does not meet the above salary requirements,he can still be considered into the national team.
Any player who is to be entered into the national team should atleast be trained for a season.
You should send the skills of your players to the head scout,BBchamp[manager,league of champs(team id-50519)] and not to me.
Help us make the India U21 national team better.
But it is an important announcement that you should also send the skills of your 18 year old players to BBchamp so that we may keep the track of those players in the next season.
