Two reasons for this suggestion:

1. Often drafted players have 19yo
2. Could be a boost for teams that love to train

Respect your point of view. Since the beginning of BB I think the economy is not well balanced, top teams now can continue to make money buying old players training stamina or shape. Unfortunately managers that like to train don't have enough bonus. Training rookies means often having at least one match lost per week. Btw I'd like only to have other visions ;)

On a strictly personal note, a strong NO for me, since with my Utopia team, my three 19-year old trainees just turned 20, and I fired my youth trainer yesterday.

More in general, I tend to agree that I would leave it where it is, I don't love the idea of speeding up training even more, especially because that would almost guarantee that the better 7 potential level players would cap before they turn 21.

Hello

I think it should got to 22/23. Based on the point of view not enough time to develop a system of youth training.

U21 goes to 21 years old, this help develop better to the NT in small nation with lack of manager there. Doing this to 22/23 gives the boost to smaller nation to catch up, be competitive, enjoy the market. Like the rest of the thriving nation with hundreds of members and others to help create Valued youth market players for small nations

In a reasonable thought, What’s the point of home grown if you can only do it for 2 season with the prices of youth trainer . You either boost their performance to levels that break that game or you push it to go longer and lower the amount of training the Youth Player receives as they get older .

A lot bring up thing they see for their own favor, but they are not being fair to declining small nation talents. There no reason to support small nation youth or buy any, what can they create? as long point what you could create to benefit another nation, We call talk about speeding up training, I think its base cover to a lot things, that are irrelevant.

Training is not slow is a valid. Excuse folk make it be, the issue with training is how it structured with positional, nothing more or less.Training is based on sub level of player height and position .So the faster argument a lot make is something more of personal preference than a real issue.

I always thought that adding a U19 and a U23 team would make a lot of sense with the change in training speed. But that would require some other changes for the national teams as well.
