Sorry I'm a computer dummy but I can't figure out how to contact BB owners directly.

I can access all the other areas of BB but when I try to access my roster, I eventually get the "Oops, something when wrong" message. Can anybody give me some input?

I can link to the player overview page through the Economy page.
For opponent's players, I can link them from the boxscore page, which is accessible through the Schedule page.
