Can we discuss about the 3-2 Zone glitch. OD is the only factor for preventing open shots, which is very
unrealistic. So teams train mostly OD to get many defended shots -> many SB.
Why ID doesn't count especially for inside shots? Taking ID into account for preventing assists will make 3-2 weaker and upvalue 2-3. This would kill two birds with one stone.
Poll:  Take ID into account for preventing open shots, especially for inside shots.

you are talking about defending open shots. I am talking about PREVENTING them.
For defending defense matchup is the main factor, team defense counts only a bit.
But for the decision open vs defended OD seems to be the main factor.
And it makes no sense in may eyes if we are talking about inside shots.

yeah, 1-3-1 is still too weak. So we can upvalue it in another way (more OD boost, less rebounding penalty).

no, only OD is used. No matter how high the IS or ID is, the assisted shot % is the same for all of my players no matter if they have 21 IS or 5 IS. And I have around 50 % more assisted shots against 2-3 Zone compared to 3-2 Zone. The facts are very clear.

The increase is the same for inside and outside shots. This indiciates that there is only one calculation formula for both. I have a data set of 100 matches and only count tight one (no more than 10 points difference).
