This a summary that starts a all-star potential . This a rough draft not guarantee.a base to build from. The better the potential the more time it takes .

To counter an opponent's best outside scorer with a Box-and-One defense you'll want a strong perimeter defender who can shut down the opponent's shooter. Given your player's stats, here's a possible build:

*Defensive Strategy:* this rough draft of player with (5). In every slot of skill .

- Focus on Outside Defense: With a tremendous (5) Outside Def. rating, your player is well-suited to handle the opponent's best outside scorer.
- Protect the Paint: Mediocre (5) Inside Def. is a weakness, so prioritize help defense and protect the paint with a big man who has strong Inside Def. and Rebounding skills.

*Supporting Players:*

- Big Man: center
- Inside Def.: elite (10-15)
- Rebounding: strong (10-15)
- Shot Blocking: good (8-12)
- Stretch 4: pf
- Outside Def.: strong (8-12)
- Inside Def.: good (8-12)
- Rebounding: decent (6-10)
- Backup Perimeter Defender: sf to point guard.
- Outside Def.: good (8-12)
- Handling: strong (8-12)

*Team Build:*

1. PG: Handling (10-15), Passing (10-15), Outside Def. (8-12)
2. SG: Your player (focus on Outside Def.)
3. SF: Outside Def. (8-12), Handling (8-12), Inside Def. (6-10)
4. PF: Inside Def. (10-15), Rebounding (10-15), Shot Blocking (8-12)
5. C: Inside Def. (10-15), Rebounding (10-15), Shot Blocking (10-15)

All this stats are for all star level potential.

*Adjustments:*

- Focus on Outside Def. and Protect the Paint
- Use your big man to block shots and rebound. ( "Your going to need shot block" on guard is kind of a waste of time .but can be useful as shot deter.)
- Keep your stretch 4 on the floor to space the defense. (At all times)
- Rotate defenders to keep pressure on the opponent's scorer( through your bench)

This build should help you counter the opponent's best outside scorer. Adjust as needed based on game situations and opponent strengths.

Now I tell you how it take to develop such player in all star potential. Cont

Building players like the one described above take 5-7 seasons. It takes time, patience, and a solid development plan. In Buzzer Beater, player development is a long-term process, and it's essential to focus on one aspect at a time.

Assuming you're starting with a young player (around 18-20 years old), here's a rough estimate of the time it takes to build a player like the one described:

- 3-5 seasons sometime 7 seasons. That the cushion to have it all .

As a manager, start by focusing on your player's strengths and weaknesses.

1. Inside Def.: Focus on improving Inside Def. to complement the player's already strong Outside Def.
2. Rebounding: Work on improving Rebounding to make the player a more well-rounded defender.
3. Stamina: Increase Stamina to ensure the player can maintain their defensive intensity throughout the game.( This is very tricky box outside is a bench tactic.)

Training priorities:

- Defensive skills (Inside Def., Rebounding, Outside Def.)
- Fundamental skills (Handling, Passing)
- Shooting skills (Jump Shot, Jump Range)

Remember, player development is a marathon, not a sprint. Even more with defense minded tactic as such you have 7 season of training to do it best to get all 3 of your players together buy your offensive player .. Focus on making incremental improvements, and your team will become a dominant force on the court.
