I’m excited to stand as a candidate for the Macedonian U21 trainer position.
I have been active in BB for over a decade now, with this being is my third team in BuzzerBeater, and I’m having more fun than ever. Over these years, I’ve gained valuable experience getting the best out of young players, and a deeper appreciation for the community aspect of the game.
I’ve had the opportunity to manage several young players who were active in the Estonian U21 setup, including members of the team that won the Season 67 consolation tournament. That experience taught me what it takes to prepare for international competitions and gave me more motivation to get involved as trainer myself and take over the responsibility.
I am a very active manager, I log in daily, follow my players closely, and stay on top of developments. You won’t have to wonder whether your U21 coach is around - I will be present, responsive, and engaged.
Over the past weeks, I’ve already started scouting some of the young Macedonian prospects. I truly believe there is great potential in the current and coming generations. I hope that with the right structure, communication, and teamwork, we can bring Macedonia up the world rankings.
But this cannot be done alone. I want to work together with the Macedonian community, sharing information and ideas, supporting trainers, and building a system that benefits everyone involved.
