Hello everyone,

I am running to become the next New Zealand National Team coach because I believe we can build a competitive and well-organized team together.

If elected, I will:

* Select players based on form, skills, and what is best for the team.
* Communicate openly with club managers and value their input.
* Prepare tactical lineups for every opponent instead of using the same approach every game.
* Work toward both short-term success and the long-term development of the national team.

I won’t make unrealistic promises, but I can promise dedication, fairness, and active management throughout the entire season. Every decision will be made with the goal of giving New Zealand the best chance to compete at the highest level.

I’m putting my name forward because I believe I can bring a fresh perspective and a different approach to the national senior team. Having experience with the country’s U21 programme, I understand what it takes to develop players and individually look at each match and best tactic to approach it.

I bring strong communication, organisation and tactical knowledge, but most importantly willing to work with the users who have NZ players that are in and around the squad.

I believe it’s time for a change, a new voice and a fresh direction. I’d appreciate your vote and the opportunity to lead our national team forward.
