Hello Bahamas managers!
I’m A Warrior, an experienced manager, both domestically and internationally, who has played BuzzerBeater since season 12 and have managed at the highest level in the USA, the NBBA, having just made it back again after many seasons of training and back to back seasons of promoting. I was once runner up in the always extremely competitive USA Cup Finals. I have also coached at the international level as South Africa’s U21 coach
(1068), achieving the best win percentage among their coaches and having led them to back to back to back Africa tournament finals appearances where we claimed Gold twice utilizing many players I trained personally,. This gives me a great understanding of the game and proven successful strategies when it comes to tactical decisions at many levels of competition.
I have trained many U21 and National Team talents so I can both continue training players myself as well as recruiting and advising other trainers. I’ve trained a current Bahamas National Team player (Martin Duncan
(53594444)), 2 USA National Team players (Roscoe Andersen
(50632211) & Thad Childress
(35965602)), 4 South African National Team players (Shafilshuna Machemko, Elphus Siamusiye, Gonasilan Sono & Paki Mokotjo) and a Barbados National Team player (Richard Anwar) along with over 30+ U21 players for the USA, Bahamas, South Africa and more.
I can build collaboration with Bahamian managers and have done similar efforts in the past as South Africa’s U21 coach. My goal is to organize and support the country’s managers to achieve their goals, not take everything over. The success I had in South Africa was far from a single person’s efforts as I helped to create a Discord for the team and was regularly in touch with the local managers to get their thoughts on tactics and to ensure that we were training a cohesive team. Some of those managers I still am in regular touch with, including the current South Africa NT and U21 coaches, as I have also continued to train for South Africa, long after my coaching days have ended. If I am coach, I will be reaching out regularly to connect with you managers for your insight and input.
I am personally invested in the Bahamas National Team as I spent over 3.5 million to secure two All Time Great Bahamian prospects, Martin Duncan and Paul Baglin (53594696), who should make the National Team soon. I’ve trained them as my primary prospects for the past two years and are now ready to compete at the highest level. Even with that though, I ensure that I will select the best players to be rostered, whether they are my players or not, as I just wanted to show this has and does continue to make me personally interested in seeing the Bahamas National team being successful as I’ve developed players for that purpose.
