im truly struggling with developing inside shot
Pick players with high inside shot, driving sf/pf should give 4-5 pops, jump shot sf/pf another 2 pops. And IS training on top to desired level, which will also give some JS. ALso you don't need 14 in PA, JR, that's NT level and too expensive for superstars
how much should i hold on the OD, JR and Passing now that im considering inside scoring
It takes longer time with IS, but it's better and more valuable player. There is also a build with more OD like 17-18 and even less JR, PA. And IS doesn't cost much in terms of salary/potential. For your offensive build no more than 12 in JR, PA and for a version with high OD no more than 9-10 in those two skills and 1 less JS too
