Can someone pls confirm if traiding between main and secondary team is forbidden? As an example I am training JS with main but after a few seasons I want to move to sexondary for OD continous training, is the transfer ilegal (assuming anyway that I will put him on the transfer market with 1$ so anyone can bid fairly). Thanks

Mostly accurate but this was before some changes to JR and SB.
Also since then more info has been available about the cap; it's layered in a few levels of increasing slow down, not really a hard cap.
