Yeah, if you do it to get rich, you have to be very patient.

But it might also be to create an extra 20k space for a player with high salary for a season or so. Then it's an investment of 430k for a season that you might want to get that championship.

No it only creates an extra $5k space cause of the $15k expense. It's a very long-term investment that takes about 4 years to pay off. If you're just thinking about the short term and want to win a championship now, then it's not a good investment, and that $1 million would be better spent elsewhere
