As an update, 18th potential team for HGL Season 4, BC Rajaleidjad let me know today that he can join this season. So more information on Season 4 threads about this, all managers need to take actions due to this change (accept and/or arrange matches).

As for challenging responsibilities, he does seem to have many tokens (if I understood correctly) so basically it should be fine to let him challenge as many matches as HAD was supposed to challenge, but more on this later.
