You submitted an invalid lineup (3 or more starter positions blank) resulting in the coach replacing your lineup with an auto generated one based on players who are dressed.
To get N players 48 minutes, you must
1. Dress no more than 10-N players (so if you want 5 players to get 48 minutes, you can only dress 5 players total)
2. Players who you aren't attempting to get 48 minutes on must be EITHER a starter OR a backup at a position
Usually just setting
PG - A/A/A
SG - B/B/B
SF - C/D/D
PF - E/F/F
C - G/H/H
would be sufficient to get A 48 minutes at PG and B 48 minutes at SG, assuming only those 8 players were active for the game and no foul outs, injuries, ejections, as long as players A and B are 26 years old or younger.
Very rarely, on 50+ point blowouts, I have had some cases where the coach will pull my player in the last few minutes of the 4Q even though he didn't pull them at the start of garbage time. In every case that's happened to me, the player who got pulled is 18 or 19yo and so much lower skilled than the "other starters" who come in to replace him, and/or has 1-2 stamina. The way people usually work around that issue is to blank the starter (only, while filling in backup & reserve) for the positions that they want to get 48 minutes. In that specific case, when you're using the blank starter approach, then you are limited to 2 players getting 48 minutes because any lineup with more than 2 blank starters is considered invalid and will be ignored & replaced by the coach.
