10 percent decay of a skill is for 10 trainable skills

Just cause it poped from gym, we can't deduce how much it decays, because skills have decimals that we can't see

In my team it takes 5-7 months to drop 1 lvl of stamina for gymless players without stamina staff. I also think it's a chance and not a guarantee that it drops every friday
