You are right on many points; there is definitely a need for a more developed system and perhaps a coach with a deeper understanding of the game.
Looking at England and the Andorra U-21, you guys are experienced coaches with established networks. Your name, for instance, is well-known among the player base. The same goes for Gerard, the Andorra coach. You guys have dedicated staffs, which allows you to take your teams to the next level. As for me, even though I started playing this game at a young age back in Season 4, I took a long break. Coming back to the game, I didn't really know anyone. Two or three of us just found each other along the way; we didn't start with a pre-calculated plan. The kind of structure you currently have for your U-21 team only exists in our National Team (NT). We haven't been able to establish that same foundation for the U-21 yet.
Moreover, even if we had that structure, I believe our dynamics are different. The level of patience and meticulous attention required for a game like this just isn't very common in our community—or in many aspects of our daily lives, for that matter.
Take GForce, the USA coach, for example. He came in with his own staff; they made plans, trained players, etc., but the success never came, nor did it even look like it was coming. Yet, when he was later elected in Hong Kong, he dominated Asia and achieved global success. On the flip side, we later elected Tayanç here in Turkey. He won the Consolation Tournament and reached the Semi-Finals of the European Championship (EC), and back then, I was pretty much the only one trying to actively work with him.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read our forum, and for sharing your thoughts. I wish you the best of luck and success in the upcoming rounds.
