this wasn't the question i was wondering what tactic I should have used so my PF and C had more shot opportunities. The shots came from close range but "wrong guys" took the shots

If I hire an internal player for a staff role, do these signings still suffer from the salary progression, or is their income fixed forever?

The salary increases just like any other staff member.
