@all HGL managers:

HGL match verification process is under way. As mentioned, I'll list needed corrections to match organizing/box score verification-post, here: (332267.17).

Everybody, keep on checking your team status there, whether or not it needs corrections, or whether you're good to go (*GTG*) for Season 6. Note that not all possible needed corrections are yet visible in that post as check is not finished.

As usual, it needs to be checked whether or not all match specifics are correct, by comparing them against official schedule.

One HGL manager already volunteered to check box score posts of many teams for errors. He reported some being OK, while from some he reported some errors.

Please note 2 things: this is his report of part of HGL teams box score posts, and I haven't still gone through all matches (box score posts) myself.
I will list teams that he reported as being "OK", because if someone else wants to volunteer checking teams' box score posts, these are teams that one should skip during that inspection round, meaning that one should not need to click match links on box score posts of these teams:
HGK
EOS
BCR
VPO (Round 4 link missing though, but should be OK otherwise)
SAN
VIV
KKS
LGM
VDT.

Problems reported by him:
MAD: Round 6 wrong link
MLS: Round 6 wrong link
WMO: Wrong link for Round 3

So please contact me if you want to check some remaining teams, with the idea that then we have all teams double checked.

As an idea for the Season 6: what do you guys think if we'd invent something new here and there?

For example, we could make preview and/or reports on "Game of the Round" (GOTR) for instance. Some previews have been available now and then, but availability has been depending on time available, like you know. And like always, volunteers on different projects - for example to do these or completely to execute their own ideas only - are always welcome.

And perhaps also take one HGL team per RS Round "under spotlight". Manager in question could say something about their team if they want to, and we could also discuss about their HG and HGL history, their stats, strengths, team composition, potential, age, etc... This way we could possibly learn to know each other even better, what do you guys think?

Any other ideas, anyone?

Wagner, I've bought back my old drafted player (50779071), yet I don't think he will get much HGL playing time. Will also get rid of a couple of younger players, will write an update later, when the player movement stops.

Ok, thank you for letting me know. I corrected the transfer post of Season 5.
Yes, please let me know of the rest of the trading/firing action when it's completed.

@all HGL managers:
Schedule link transfer process is almost finished (and schedule posts will be updated).

As for Season 6, is anyone of you interested in writing some kind of Season preview (?)
, concerning all teams, expected changes from S5 to S6 in terms of expected success, team composition changes due to transfers and new draftees, etc.? Of course you could write about anything else as well.
Please note though, that salary and age info on Participating teams-posts on both Threads refer to Season 5 salary levels.

And about possible "Team under spotlight" on every Round on Season 6 (suggested here at the first time: (332267.41)), what do you guys think of it?

If someone think it's worth doing, does someone want to "volunteer" to be first/one of the first team to introduce themselves/have discussion about their team?

Does anyone have an idea about optimal order in which teams would be presenting themselves, would it be first new teams, then from descending or ascending order based on last ORSR-rankings?

And what do you think, should we have some kind of list of questions, that managers can reply to if they want to (or write freely)?

Should we also gather some basic historical stats from their team (so make some kind of "regular template", in similar fashion and in addition to "basic questions" template), for example from our GM-LennuK.'s all time team records and stats created by GM-MrJ?
We could also include other basic stats to that comparison, such as
- info about length of current HG stint (when it started) and
- how many season's they've played in HGL,
- all time transfers in their team history (transfers page of their team; total number and total value of trades),
- number of high potential players in roster aged 21 or under,
- top 8 salaries fluctuations during their HGL visit,
- success on each consequent HGL Season up to date (including RS and PO)
- and perhaps many others, including "special notes/interesting info/fun facts" category where we could note something interesting about each team and/or manager that others probably didn't know/have noticed about their team.

@BC Rajaleidjad:
Please correct your box score post ASAP. See here: (332267.17)

@all:
Those who have not yet added Playoff-section to their Season 6 box score posts, please do it. As usual, you can copy paste it from my box score post, which for your convenience is also copied below:

HGL Season 6 Playoffs:

Playoffs (PO) match days for Season 6 of HGL:
(For Playoffs: home team name bolded; home team responsible for sending match challenge)

PO Round 1 (teams ranked 5-12th; 8 teams play) Sunday, October 4th, 2026
PO Round 2 (Quarterfinals; 8 teams play) Sunday, Oct 11th, 2026
PO Round 3 (Semifinals; 4 teams play) Sunday, Oct 18th, 2026
PO Round 4 (Final and Bronze match; 4 teams play): Sunday, Oct 25th, 2026

Abbreviations used for Playoffs scores:
AQR2 =Automatically Qualified to Round 2 of Playoffs
(used by Top 4 teams of RS, on PO Round 1)

NQP=Not Qualified to PO
(teams ranked 13-17th in RS, didn't qualify for PO)

*DNP*=Did Not Play (on this Round)

Match check process now finished and schedule released on schedules-posts on Scores Thread (on familiar places, on first page). If someone feels they can check links for correctness; they have been checked by VR75 (manager of San Fernando VR - big thanks for your help!) before I've moved them to scores-posts.

This means that
A) these, just published schedule posts have not been checked for my errors, and related to that
B) I noticed having made couple of mistakes in adding links to schedule, so someone can click open these links on my schedule posts if they want. It's not mandatory though, everything should be ok.

As I said, I hope no errors remains/were created in my link copying process. I noticed these copying errors were related to the change request I write below the line of stars.

@EOS,
KKS,
ED,
RAJ,
SAN:

In my box score post edit request (mentioned at the start of this post) I referred to editing your box score posts little bit:

please separate each round from others, (so simply "press enter" to make some space between rounds, if you use this two line format, thank you).

Thank you for information Pihija, I need to update S5 transfer post a bit later, even though the character limitation has already been reached (so I'm not sure how to handle that, but we'll see). However, I'm just happy I don't have to try to pronounce those names, I might sound bit silly... ;)

EDIT: Season 5 Transfer post updated.

@all:

Somehow I had managed to enter Season 5 Playoff days to my box score post.

This unfortunately requires that if you have copied Season 6 Playoff schedule from my box score post earlier (as far as Playoffs are concerned), then it will be necessary to copy-paste Playoff section of it again to your own teams' box score post (because it had wrong days in it as far as Playoffs are concerned). Now it has been updated to have correct days in it.

You can see it also copied above, so you don't have to search for my teams' box score post in order to copy it to yours.

Sorry for the mistake. The next round is on me (sending everyone a bottle of BB beer, that GM-LennuK. apparently launched;).

Trailblazer (BC Rajaleidjad) hasn't log in after August 7th, so he hasn't corrected his RS Round 5 link.

Other than that, things should be correct, and therefore good to go for Season 6.

Forum has gone silent, so I take it that nobody has clicked through those schedule post links (?), for re-checking purposes
.
Like I mentioned, in addition to myself, VR75 ("SAN") went through all teams box score posts, to scan for possible errors. This I believe will already create a strong enough "safety net".
However, the only possible risk (what becomes to schedule being 100% correct) is my possible errors when copying those match numbers to correct matches, as all matches were played at the correct time (so that's not the issue this time around).

Also, no comments on "team in spotlight"-suggestion, so I take it that it won't happen/start at least on RS Round 1.

Same goes with writing a Season 6 preview, so I take that also as a no (even though we'd have still bit more than a day for that, if someone would be interested in partaking this task?).
