In regards to squad size, is it best to keep it to 12 players because of how training works and that's the max you can add to a match? Is there any reasons to have a bigger squad than 12? Thanks for the help!

When I'm only single position training (3 trainees), I personally run 11 while in the cup and sometimes 9-10 outside the cup if I have enough overlap in backing up my non-training positions. When I'm two position training (6 trainees), I'll have 12 while I'm in the cup unless my trainees are good enough or my division level is low enough that my trainees can be backups to a "non training" position.

Main reasoning for me is that my trainees are going 1 full game each at each training position, and then I have a league game starter and backup at each other position, and the league backup winds up starting and playing most or all of the time at their position in the cup/scrimmage game. When I'm out of the cup, I don't worry about having a full 5 man lineup for scrimmages especially if I'm trying to be really tight on player salary spend, so I can drop the roster a little further if necessary.

Can I fire my youth coach now, if all my trainees are 19 yo?
Or does it make sense to keep for for another week until we are in the next season?

their ages are going to be updated before the next training update, so it makes sense to fire them already.
