Season 73!Hello everyone, hope all is good, long time no see
For the last stretch of last season, we players a series of 5 scrimmages against England U21. We both played without 21yo in order to see how are the rosters of next seasons looks. The games were pretty even and we managed to win all of them, and most importantly, get a good understanding of the squad in different tactics.
During the offseason I also had the time to look over the different future generations we have in the making, and let me tell, it gets better with every season! We will see some of the 20yo stars already this season playing competitively in the main roster. I also went over the draft and sent messages to the teams who drafted the promising talents, making sure they either train them, or selling and giving them the opportunity the train in another team.
The draft was slightly worse than last season's but there is still enough to work with, and I made sure that there are still some Israeli teams that will help us train top tier players.
For next season, we will play in the consolation tournament. We get a fair draw, and with good game shape and the continuous improvement of the players, I expect that we could reach the knockout, and from there on it will depend on the draw, but we will try our best! There are some very strong opponents so we won't be able to win the whole thing, but we are slowly and surely building towards that!
