I agree with you. A guy that's always playing a center even in pitiful gameshape is not seriously running the team. The manager popularity system works but maybe there should also be an action even when they're is no backup candidate (early elections, or even an automated lineup). Automated lineup doesn't sound great but it's better than actively damaging.

Austria U21 situation has been noted to the EGMs. It does seem like a change of coach is needed indeed.

Can you fire the guy already? He complelety killed the team by scouting and firing players during the season. Thats deliberate Sabotage.

He just added a 10k hall of famer that is off no good use and we have had group chats on this so I am aware of picking the team up in 21 days
