More stats created by GM-LennuK, with his explanations/clarifications of this table included

"Just a refresher, the first salary (in bold text) is the actual salary of the top-8 players of the respective teams. The second salary (in round brackets) is the salary of top-8 players that were not purchased by the team during the previous season (here S5) or between the previous and the current season. As I mentioned above, for season 6 this salary is identical to the first salary for all teams. The third salary (in italic text and squared brackets) is the salary of top-8 players in each team that have never been transferred (sold and bought back) since they were drafted."

And 4th (and final for now) statistics/comparison post for Season 6, created by GM-LennuK:

And finally here cone the updated power rankings for the new season:

Team "power/value" in S6:

1. EOS: 27,0 [K & per y]
2. LMS: 26,8
3. KKS: 22,9
4. RAJ: 19,2
5. VIV: 18,6
6. VPO: 14,3
7. BCR: 14,1
8. WMO: 13,4
9.ED: 12,9 (better in later decimals)
10. VDT: 12,9 (worse in later decimals)
11. MAD: 11,9
12. WAG: 11,8
13. HGK: 10,2
14. LGM: 10,0
15. FRE: 9,2
16. ALA: 7,2
17. MLS: 7,0
18. SAN: 5,6

Note/explanation (from previous Seasons) on "power/value"-comparison by LennuK.:

I tried to think of other interesting parameters other than just salary and age, which would be interesting to monitor over the seasons. So, I looked into the relationship between the ages and salaries directly [...]
So, I looked at the parameter of top-8 salary sum divided by the top-8 average age to get a general parameter or a “power” ranking showing the salary to age ratio (in 1000$ per year of the average age), which could probably even be termed “value” of the players on the roster of a specific team. This by no means determines the actual value of the players in the top-8 of different teams, but is interesting to look at, when considering that a high salary and a young age are associated with a player that is actually valuable; hence the higher the described ratio is, the higher the “value” of a player would/should be. If you think such information could be interesting too, here comes the list of the HGL teams in Season 3 in the order of more to less “valuable” players in the top-8 considering their salary to age ratio.

Thank you, gentleman. Great stats. Interesting information as we start the new season!

Yes, GM-LennuK is (also) a gentleman, so we should thank him once again for doing this work.

Definitely interesting information, which unfortunately reveals that my team is ranked #17 out of 18 on relative salary development (which I've "warned" you guys of on many seasons ago, that it's about to happen).

(Also having team finances at -331K and having already been played my home game of the week doesn't really cheer me up either).

@ Wagner.

One of my players became available so I repurchased him. It is unlikely you will see him in the HGL, but just thought I'd let you know.

Lachy Walshe (55339210) $7041 salary.

Thanks for info.
I need to update this to Season 6 transfer post, along with EOS and VPO transfers.

As for HGL league table update after RS Round 2, I'll have to do it slightly later, as I don't have time to finish it now (calculating it and keeping records - not even stats - for each Round actually takes longer than one might think).

I have only one secret : Defense!
All my players are defenses, they have outside and inside defense.

A player's salary increase if one of the key skills for his position is very high (19 or plus).
,but if you build 5/6 defensive players, you have a great advantage.
This is only possible if you buy back players from the others team who have trained them in skills you can't currently train.

As Wagner says, next season the 32 defense will lose his effort.
I've been using the 131-man defense for 2-3 seasons now and hope it holds up.

Finally, I think it's best if I don't keep my roster, because it's not as strong as you'd expect.

Thank you bro

A little suggest for you : all my starting five players have 120 PAT at least. Not only defensive players

League tables updated after S6 RS Round 3.

Strange start of the Season 6 we've had, as we've played 27 matches, and there have been larger amount of big, or even dominant/crushing victories than one can shake a stick at - only 1 (!) match out of 27 during these 3 Rounds have been decided by less than 11 points!
(VPO-RAJ that was, won by VPO by 5 points).
