It is a viable suggestion to my taste,but it should have some additional regulations attached to it such as:
The feature cannot be used on your team debut season in order to avoid heavy spending by unwise/unexperinced managers(altough some are returning managers but it is better to be safe than sorry)
The feature cannot be used to cover up deficit or paying up overextension tax
The feature cannot be used by "Cash Hoarding" teams as defined in BB
The feature cannot be used more then a few times in a season(let's say 3 times for arbitrary example)
