Transfer Price Estimates have always been wonky. You acquired him 49 days ago for $76k, I suspect his valuation is roughly that + the pops you got him.

As long as it's at fair market value, there really shouldn't be a problem with completing the transactions. I would double check with GM, but I think at market value it's allowed

It'd be too easy to inflate values if you could just buy your other team's players.
