Hello

Here's a clear explanation of this rehab

48+ Minutes: 100% efficacy

Rahab is -
24 Minutes: ~50% Efficiency (or less, based on Doctor and potential.)

Result: This is a strategic disadvantage, not a game-breaking exploit.

Then there's faster recovery , again depend on TC level

Hello,

Even healthy players receive no training if they do not play in the training position.

So why would injured players be able to receive training instead?

My answer:
Because they are losing training at the position, also it only 50% maxed. Depending on various factors.

Also please note, its not for healthy players only injured, healthy players cannot do injury rehab,. If you put a healthy player in Training court all they will get is basic free throw nothing more or less. Same as now

If you have a 18yr old injured player, they get rehab training, which cut down the time of injury, also gives them some training %, so they are not ruined completely. Im up for giving 18-19yr olds youth 100% weekly training in rehab with seasonal injury mandatory if you have youth trainer. It will also help game shape / stamina % some what with a injury, leveling it to percentage.

Trainer lvl ,doctor lvl, training court lvl with rehabs &player potential work together . Based on various factors.

It just an option, Im very sure it can work. Its fair for all we are paying for in training court. 3. Million + 15k a week. Adding rehab center to training court will give it more depth (500k-750k). Solve an issue as well.

Hello

You're focusing on 'setups' and hypothetical minute thresholds, but my point is simpler: [Insert your main point here, e.g., 'Injuries shouldn't completely reset a player's development progress']. Let's stick to that core issue instead of debating complex 2+1 training splits."

To be clear :

You're overcomplicating a simple concept with scenarios that don't exist. There are no 'fake injuries' in BB—I'm talking about long-term injuries (1 week+) where a player is physically unable to take the court.Comparing an injured player to a healthy one who fouls out is irrelevant to the core of rehab. One is a game-play result; the other is a total loss of player development time

. Rehab wouldn't be 'additional capacity'—it’s a recovery tool to ensure a season-ending injury doesn't completely ruin a trainee's value. Let’s stick to the reality of the game instead of inventing 'setups' that ignore the actual problem.

I don't understand why the thought of healthy player on your end ? .I can see your point of view somewhat ok ..But it irrelevant , doesn't apply ,regular training is better than Injury rehab training.. it cannot be better it only half (50%) 24 min vs 48min. .

It cannot create unfairness.. it for bring player back faster ,and letting youth get some training. It won't break the game. It random and based on many things .

Now. Don't get me wrong here

"I agree that the game should be challenging, but there is a distinct difference between a strategic challenge and uncontrollable random risk top-tier managers already invest heavily to mitigate this. When we pay for Level 6 Doctors/trainers. Gym etc etc . No is asking asking for a free pass—we are paying for the management tools to handle those risks. If the current mechanics don't allow those high-cost staff members to effectively do their jobs, the game stops being about a 'challenge' and starts being about who gets luckier.

Adding a rehab system wouldn't remove the challenge; it would add a new layer of resource management, forcing us to decide how much more we are willing to pay to get our stars back on the court."

When a manager commits millions to an All-Time Great (ATG) trainee and invests over $560k in scouting alone, the stakes are no longer casual. This is about protecting a high-value asset that has been built through seasons of meticulous planning.

In this context, a rehab system isn't a 'shortcut'—it is essential risk mitigation. If a manager is paying the premium or will to pay
they should have the mechanical tools to protect that investment.

Again noone is asking to bypass the 'challenge' of injuries; we're asking for the tools we already paid for to be effective. A management game should be about spending resources to solve problems, not just watching a bank account drain while your hands are tied

Hello

It's a fair concern to worry about a facility turning into a mandatory "forced meta." However, looking closely at how BB's training infrastructure and mechanical math function, many of these issues balance out naturally:

1. Managing Minutes and Saving Game Shape:
You bring up a valid point about how a severe injury disrupts a player, but a rehab facility actually serves a very positive role here: it cushions the devastating Game Shape (GS) crash. As we all know, a player dropping from a 9 down to a 2 in Game Shape after a long injury is a very real, team-ruining problem. The rehab facility acts as a safety net to sustain and hold that GS number at a manageable level, keeping the player from being completely ruined by a massive drop.

2.the U21/NT "Forced Cost"
You mentioned that managers would feel unfairly forced to build this facility to remain competitive for National Teams. In reality, the barrier to NT selection is already intensely exclusive. NT coaches will rarely look at players not under a Level 5 or Level 6 Trainer, which already demands massive, ongoing economic sacrifices. A rehab facility doesn't change selection metrics (which rely strictly on optimized skill distributions and sub-level potentials); it simply provides an alternative tool for the elite managers who are already operating on maxed-out budgets.

3. The Positive Strategic Value of Rehab Facilities instead of breaking the game, a rehab facility introduces dynamic positives to the community:Mitigates Soul-Crushing random injury.

We all know how frustrating it is when a 50-week NT training schedule is ruined by a random, multi-week injury. Rehab rewards long-term planning, ensuring a manager's deep investment in a player isn't entirely erased by an unlucky foul .

Do you invest in a rehab center to protect an old, expensive roster? Or do you ignore it, save the cash, and focus entirely on youth trainers? It deepens management decisions rather than acting as a flat luxury item. It has choices non mandatory.

Because players cannot transcend 100% of their weekly 48-minute training limits, a rehab center never inflates the total training cap. It merely acts as a safety net, keeping overall skill inflation perfectly intact.

Rehab center only reduces game shape penalty slightly and heals the injury shorten time . Let your player 9 gameshape with rehab he won't below 7. . The player is injured . To get the game page back for that number would be 1-2 month if not 3 months . So not an advantage, it hold so the player not ruined.. and come with some small training nothing to give a full pop ina week..
