As someone who has experienced something like this, all I can tell you is apparently if you get the pace wrong in prep, the game tends to just look at it as oops no big deal. But man you get the focus wrong especially if it is two points off like you pick outside and they go inside, game tends to penalize you BIG and what should be a cake walk becomes a Holy Jesus Mother of God What the Beep is Happening Here kind of game. Probably wouldn't have been as bad if you had picked say balanced and they went inside or outside.
The last matchup eh the playoffs are always weird
