Tough day to be the Rusty Nails. Spend ~1M on a brand new 5 that is unsustainable by over 100k a week in D4 to then still get bounced first round. Going to have to resell half of them now AND they’re still stuck with Brooklyn Nets in the league. Tough day.

Hahaha yeah very fair - no real shade intended, just a BOLD move that, personally, I'd have to be damn confident in. It did make me actually tune into the game which was fun.

Yeah I haven’t cared competitively at all since my last set of U21 guys lol. Just tune it out haha. But it gets that time when salaries are going to increase so I need to try to give myself some leeway!

Can't take it with me, right? What's a cool mil between friends (strangers)?

I doubt I can sustain the salaries for all of s71, but I wanted to take a meaningful run at cup, not just die out in the first game against a non-computer.
