Good to have the injuries in that game but imho they have a strong impact on your strategy plan above all if the player injuried has 18 yo and he has to stay out for 3/4 weeks. Have you think about the possibilty to increase a little bit the numbers of players injuried reducing the time to see them again on the field? In this case you will force the teams to have a longer roster and you don't give a big penalty to the players injuried. 4 weeks could be converted in 4 matches for example.
