Is it just me or did the transfers on the transfer list became much much more expensive? This inflation is scary. It's hard to find good players, and it makes me want to sell all my players before people will realize the prices are outrageous.
What do you think? Is it true? What is the reason? whe will it end?

No, it's not scary. Quality players are supposed to be expensive.

On the other hand, since players are expected to train and sell players, I don't see how this can be a problem. You sell for more, you buy for more.

This can be problem if you sold players before the price rised. Now you have still the same money but you can't buy equivalent player.
I'm not sure it was necessary to bring such much money to economy. Only managers should train in much more responsible way, because many players with salary for example 200k are worse than well trained players with salary around 50k.

Imo this is better. I trained inside men for a long time, two season ago the price for 60k allstar centers dropped from 5m to just 2m. It just didn't pay off to train inside men anymore, while guards kept being expensive.

Now the same centers are a bit back to 3-3.5m again, so that's def better. The price returned to the level of a few seasons ago, which is better imo. (also don't forget that prices tend to be a bit higher during playoffs and the first week of the season, since promoted teams and other teams try to get a new keyplayer just for the playoffs or now for the season)

the real problem is not the prices that we have today but the prices compared to the economy of last season.
I don't like it at all, the market is more fun but it's very easy, too easy to manage the team.

That's why people were given ample notice of the upcoming changes. You can bring the horse to water, but you can't make it drink, I guess.

It's not so easy. Sometimes you sold player and then it takes few weeks than you found suitable player on TL.
Surely, I don't know overall expenses and revenues in whole BB economy. But in my eyes present situation were caused by irresponsible training of many managers. I think it would have been better to make managers train his players in more responsible way (if there was less money in economy), because many players waged over 200k are really useless for game as they has almost all outside skills inept and lower.

Of course. However, the notice has been given a season ago, which is surely enough to make the necessary arrangements.

Well I personally think there is no real problem. If there is more money to be spend, why not spend it? I don't know about other leagues but in my own I think every team keeps growing. So it is only fair that the prices are higher, this is simply a matter of supply and demand.

Cheers, Exos

You are a never ending surprise.
I wonder why the BBs are putting so much effort to make a long term stable economy. Who cares if there is huge inflation followed by huge deflation and so forth. You sell for more, you buy for more... you sell for less, you buy for less, that's it.
