Second Team:
CrazyCrabs
This is Lorenzo, aka blackmouse. I am here to be a success with you.

I have a solid track of record, in one of the toughest BB-countries. I understand what means training an U21 star (I did it till this season). I like hard competition. I spend last season scouting some South Africa prospects as part of Jordan Comazzi's staff. I want to reach excellence, working hard and leveraging a staff work and counseling.

If you want to learn, grow, contribute, win, be proud of your players and your U21, I am your ideal candidate.

My story
I joined BB in the last third of season 6 in Italy (one of most mature and competitive countries in the world), V.142. I am quite proud of my solid track of record: two promotions (up to III.14), an impressive 12-2 (85%) post-season record, 16-25 (75%) in national cup. I made my team to grow quickly and harmoniously. I trained the last playmaker of Italy U21 team, and several strong performers with him.

Why me
I am now looking at additional challenges: this is my habit, this is wat excites me most. That is why I am here.

I decided to candidate to South Africa U21 for two basic reasons.
First, as mentioned, making young players growing up is exciting. I did it successfully, supported by great scouts, so I understand which challenges, efforts and paybacks are there. An U21 fully respond to that.
Second, I joined South Africa staff one season ago, working with your NT coach Jordan Comazzi and your former U21 coach Trex. I am currently assigned as scout to several young players, planning their growth balancing with managers' needs and South Africa objectives. I understand there are great opportunities, although that require hard work.

My plan
I want to afford this adventure, if you will decide I will be your preferred candidate, replicating the same approach I apply to my own team. I work with medium term plan clearly in mind, flexibly adapting to changes, balancing short term results with long term perspectives. I am currently looking at an ideal two mandates timeframe. The first will be about consolidating the work done so far, developing emerging talents (although some could be relevant to NT - priority to it!), and starting the creation of new generation, that is incoming draftees. I will aim to get the best in the African Cup, at least reaching the second round. The second will be about exploiting the work done. If I will be voted for one mandate only, I will be glad to hand my work over to my successor.

How I will do that
There is no secret here. To reach excellence, you have to work well both in quantity and quality. Being a relative small BB-country does not mean you don't deserve a staff. So, I will work with a staff with proven expertise then. Somebody will allow me to have a capillary coverage of all potential talents, bringing to me and to all of you the expertise of specific training programs per role as I am currently doing. Others will support me in preparing matches, deciding strategies, execute plans. Part of my success depends in fact on suggestions, comments, discussions I have with BB communities and friends, and I will simply replicate it.
Last but not least, the staff will bring to me additional experience in specific NT/U21 team management, as some teammates managed or are part of the staff of major national representatives. I will be glad if some of you will like to join the team: We will agree on an appropriate role, depending on your aspiration and skills and on staff needs.

What else to say? Vote blackmouse.

Hi,

This is William. I decided to run for South Africa U21 NT coaching position. South Africa NT is ranked 25th but U21 team currently stands at 73. This doesn't portray a decent and brilliant future for South Africa and not acceptable. BB is about developing new talents, otherwise a decline would be inevitable. S. Africa has a big difference between its senior and junior NT, that's why I decided to candidate for S. Africa U21 NT.

I started to play in Season 6. I had a a miserable first season then I learned the importance of training. I created a solid team in one of the toughest leagues. I love this game, love scouting players and helping other managers if they ask for it. S.Africa has some talented young guys but we have to add some more and stick with a well organized training regimen. I checked this years draft and noticed some studs. We have the capacity to climb the rankings and create a respected U21 NT.

We have to study on a position by position basis. We have to make the shortlist of guys who can be future senior NT players in every position. Keeping track of their progress and keeping in touch with team coaches is key to success. It's all about dedication and spending time. I offer my dedication if elected. Besides a very experienced and talented coach Magic Man (23159) will help me as NT scout. I am planning to add other teammates. Teamwork with great teammates will make a major difference.

I do love new challanges. I think U21 should have the felexibility to play different strategies. We have a limited amount of users, but to get the best out of current users, I am planing to implement a system where the owner of most improved player is awarded 3 months supporter. If a particular player isn't in his teams training program I will ask my friends and buddies to buy them and continue training. I am open to new ideas that can help our progress and promise co-operartion with other coaches. After all this team belongs to a country not a few individuals.

I hope to help this team climb to high 60's or low 50's in rankings in 2 seasons. That will be a huge step forward and and a big statement about the future. S. Africa is known to be one of the strongest and most inspirational countires in Africa and BB U21 NT should not be an exception.

Hope you participate in voting and vote for karapaks.

Cheers.

Hello South African community!!!
My name is Thanos and this is my third season in the game. Actually I'm addicted to BB, I am online for many hours everyday and I spend much time for my team. However, I have enough free time to deal with a national team and so I decided to be a candidate for the elections of U21 NT of South Africa.
Although I have been playing BB only for 3 seasons, I have much experience and I don't stop talking with more experienced managers than me, in order to learn more things and gain knowledge about the game.
I want to help U21 NT of South Africa to become much stronger and I want to work with the other managers of the country in order to prepare good and well qualified players for the NT.
I'm here for you and I will be glad to answer in every question you might have.
I know that it is difficult for you to be convinced by a guy like me that you hear from for a first time, but I hope you will support me. If I am elected for U21 NT coach, I promise to do everything, aiming to make a stronger and much more competitive South African team.
Thanks for your patience for reading my speech. If you want to vote for me, vote for thanos_1988!!!!

Best wishes from Greece!!!

Hello,

Why should you vote for me? Since I have great experience (7 seasons are effective). I will try to reach something more than so far you managed to achieve.

Remember: Mucha8 is an experienced manager and a good candidate!!!

Hello dear South African friends! My name is Ronaldo, is addressing the team in the division ricus Lyons IV.16 in Brazil. Saw you in that has big fan of basketball, and consequently few times. I do not want to talk a lot to not let tedious reading, so I mean I want to take over the team from South Africa with my experience in a short time of game: one season, but it is enough to help them to grow in the Ranking technically.

My first mission, if chosen, is to grow within the African continent. So, I need your help to train their players well so I can have a good base.

The second part is: With our progress in games, in union with the directors of South African confederation, let us try to release more Buzzerbeater in the country, so that there are more teams and therefore more players.

Part Three: Growing slowly in World Ranking. What will not be an easy task, and where we have to have patience and willingness to want to grow.

Thanks for reading, and I'm officially running for Coach of the U-21 South Africa

Thanks for reading [again]

P.S.: More information, send me a BB-Mail

We ... We want to change to grow!
