Who am I?
I am the manager of the New York Jests. I have been involved in BB since season 3. I am currently in USA II.4, which I personally regard as a very difficult Division II. I have made the playoffs every year I have been in the league but have failed to crack the finals.

I began to get involved in the USA NT when I drafted Perry Gipson. I was able to train him up as a PG and molded him into the USA U21 starting PG and later the USA NT PG. Unfortunately due to his potential he is unlikely to make any future USA NT appearances. However, his training gave me the experience to learn how to train and manage minutes properly. Since then I have trained a starting guard for Spain's U21 team, Marcos Amorrortu. I doubt he will make the NT this season due to the gaps in the larger countries but I plan on continuing his training until he does. Sadly I cannot take credit for Sammon Zuhri.

Due to Gipson's progression I became more involved in the NT. I have never had an official NT role but have taken a great interest in mentoring any new users, or really any user that wants to be mentored. I started off mentoring anyone who requested it but later the administrators began assigning me users with potential NT players. I am currently helping oversee the development of Ryan Blackwell, Mitchell Gold and Tom Krebs. I will admit I didn't take a great deal of interest in suggesting tactics for the games but that was simply because I did not have all the information I deemed necessary to contribute effectively (player ratings being the giant example).

Personal goals
To be frank I have no immediate interest in South Africa. It was essentially a random choice (to be explained later). Really I want to gain more experience in the game, particularly in the NT arena. I am looking for a new challenge and a way to expand my knowledge. I am on BB all day at work (I sit in front of a computer and work with loose deadlines ) and generally have gotten bored with the day to day part of the game.

I would like to manage for at least 2 terms so that I can see the fruits of any of these rookies rather than just passing through but we shall see how the first term goes before committing for another. I enjoy teaching people about the game, how it works and sharing strategy. I have no real way of expanding the user base of South Africa but that is ultimately going to be the key to success. I think I will help the team the most in overseeing player development as well as user development.

Why South Africa?
My criteria when searching for an opportunity was as follows: smaller user base, English speaking, no manager from the same country (didn't want to steal the opportunity), no manager from USA (I have at the minimum a casual relationship with any USA NT managers in other countries). From there two things stood out: one, South Africa has a pretty solid team relative to countries with similar sizes and two, I dabbled with running for manager a long time ago but ultimately dropped out because I realized I didn't really know what I was doing.

You can obviously compete for the Africa Cup but realistically have no chance of winning the Worlds any time soon so I don't think there is a direct conflict of interest with me and my nationality and competing in any way.

National Goals
I don't think this country is at the point where they require high level databases and programs. However I know this has been a huge reason USA has seen success in both its development and its strategy. I believe I can get the support necessary if you reach that point as a country. I do have rudimentary tracking systems I use to develop strategy for my own personal team.

I would like to work with you as well as Blackmouse to continue to develop what you have going and teach and learn at the same time.

I hope that I will also be able to entertain at the same time and try to keep NT interest going.

Hello South African community!!!

My name is Thanos and this is my 4th season in the game. Actually I'm addicted to BB, I am online for many hours everyday and I spend much time for my team. However, I have enough free time to deal with a national team and so I decided to be a candidate for the elections of NT of South Africa.
Although I have been playing BB only for 4 seasons, I have much experience and I don't stop talking with more experienced managers than me, in order to learn more things and gain knowledge about the game.
I want to help NT of South Africa to become much stronger and I want to work with the other managers of the country in order to prepare good and well qualified players for the NT.

I'm here for you and I will be glad to answer in every question you might have.
I know that it is difficult for you to be convinced by a guy like me that you hear from for a first time, but I hope you will support me. If I am elected for NT coach, I promise to do everything, aiming to make a stronger and much more competitive South African team.

Thanks for your patience for reading my speech. If you want to vote for me, vote for thanos_1988!!!!

Best wishes from Greece!!!

Hi everyone,

I registered SA U21 NT election last season and I think that shows how serious I am. I have a solid knowledge of buzzerbeater, game engine and player training. NT coaching also should include communication. I'll be ready to answer all the questions you have and I'll inform South Africa community about their NT via forums. I am currently in USA division II.2 and have always been competitive since I started playing this game. I have too much time and I am ready to spend the time for SA NT. You can read my analysis in my former league’s forum. I'll work hard on improving BB community in SA. I also have a solid team including former SA NT coach MagicMan (team ID: 23159), that will help me in scouting and managing the team. I am looking forward to add a SA manager to my team.

I'd like to take the chance to thank former NT coach and appreciate what he did in 4 seasons. Hope all of you participate and vote for the candidate you like.
Cheers!

Hello to everybody.
I am blackrocket and I play in the Italian III.4.
I have been working in the South Africa U21 staff for the last season and I will continue to work to South Africa U21 during the next season.
I think South Africa has a good team and, with the same staff of the U21 manager we can lead this team to a very good improvement and to win something in the next 2-4 seasons.
Why don't we try??
