Like an idiot, when i first made my account i spent 1 scouting point on scouting just 1 player, now i cant group scout. Will we get any more points?

If you spend money on scouting, you will still get more points. You have a choice of 0-4 points every week on the Training page. The scouting period ends at the end of the playoffs.
