Hi BB's, I purchased a player but he hasn't been transfered to my team, and the transfer list seems frozen at about 15 minutes ago.

It seems it can sometimes take 15-20 minutes for players to find their way to their new teams. While it may be frustrating, it's still quite a commendable performance. It usually takes me 15-20 minutes just to figure out which parts of the in-flight meal are meant for humans.
