I love to watch my games, but I have noticed there are quite a few events that take place which make me wonder what it might look like in real life. For example, the fact that I am about 20 for 40 when my guys decide to dunk the ball. Shouldn't a dunk be relatively unmissable, minus some great defense or the occasional lazy play? Also, blocks don't get any recognition unless you're watching your box score as opposed to the shot chart.
These are the only two that are coming to my mind right now, but I'm sure there are many more interesting 'little things' that could be refined.

Yeah like Player A scores on an alley-oop but no assist is recorded.

I really like it when it says "and he drops it in." followed by - "shot missed".

Strangest final period I've ever seen tonight in my game. My guys are firing up 3's despite being up by a bunch, the other team get fouled on a dunk with one tick left on the clock. AND...the guy dunking the ball gets injured, AND the guy coming in for him gets called for a technical.

Bizzaro.

That ending was crazy! You didn't get a free shot for the technical, though. I'll check the bugs forum tomorrow to see if they know about it yet.

the endgame logic needs to be refined a bit.. this is on the list. Right now we don't have the team who is up change their strategy a considerable amount. We need to come up with a framework for making end of game decisions... I agree all these things are true.. they are just harder to program in a coherent way than to say. You should see things getting more realistic at the end of the game during this season..

Also, my bench players are listed occasionally as defending the shooting player. This usually occurs when a foul is called on the defender, but the foul is called on a player who is in the game. I am just assuming my bench player gets excited and runs in from the bench to play defense and the ref doesn't notice him...

that's actually a presentation error.... i know it looks the same to the user, but BB-Oxidus deals with the flash viewer.. i work with the inner workings of the Game Engine... in this case there has been some misinterpretation by the flash of what happened. Oxidus is aware of this and will have it fixed soon.
