Hey there, it's me, namssor the meddlesome American

As most of you all know, I was the New Zealand NT manager for 6 seasons, enjoying a bit of success, but more importantly I got the New Zealand community to be far far more active on the boards and to be much more knowledgeable about effective training schemes. I also setup an offsite forum and a NT player database to track training and rank all players.

I can't even count how many BB-mails I received from you guys looking for advice, and I always gave prompt answers. I love helping less experienced managers learn the game. I've been around since Season 2 (my God that's a long time!), so I've seen it all and been through it all at this point.

Except for being U-21 NT manager.

I've always wanted to do this, because I feel it's a much more dynamic challenge than coaching the big boys. Things change at a much faster pace, with a lot more skill pops happening (hopefully!). Since I'm a crazy person who spends too much time on here as it is, I would LOVE the extra challenge of carefully managing and scouting the team's talents. I would also keep in very close contact to all the players' club managers, to make sure they're training correctly and keeping their GS high.

This team has some impressive players that can be successful. I'd like to make them even better. Hopefully I can make you all proud of your U-21 team, which in turn will make the NT even stronger. But I leave it all up to you folks. Thanks for reading!
